Senior Counsel and Retired Deputy Solicitor-General of Singapore. Presently also an Adjunct Professor at the Law Faculty of the National University of Singapore. Former Chairman of the United National Commission on International Trade Law and Chair of various UNCITRAL Working Groups. Practice covers a wide area of law including Commercial Law, Construction Law, Administrative & Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and both Public and Private International Law. Has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and international negotiations.
