Continue an international construction management career by planning effective execution strategies, resolving progress issues, and establishing recovery plans for major infrastructure, commercial, process, energy, and transportation projects. The prompt distribution of concise explanation reports and a comprehensive delay analysis is essential to the resolution of time extension claims. My primary objective is to provide the parties with relevant information to facilitate the collaborative resolution of construction delays and the development of viable recovery schedules. Alternative dispute resolution cases are managed using a practical approach to prepare expert forensic delay analysis reports. The successful completion of the CIArb Construction Adjudication Pathway demonstrates my qualifications and knowledge of relevant contract, tort, evidence, remedy, and procedural law.
