Provision of expert witness services on construction and property related disputes since 2007. Acting as expert under single and joint appointments through solicitor instructions and including engagament in expert determination. Agreed and party appointed party wall surveyor under the 1996 Act and member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club since 2015.
