Nereen is an arbitrator specializing in building and construction disputes and is empaneled with the AIAC and the THAC. Nereen is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. Nereen has recently obtained her Masters with Queen Mary London in International Arbitration and has contributed to “Specialized Arbitration: Emerging Trends and Practice- Emerging Trends in Third-Party Funding in Investment Arbitration”- Thomson Reuters-September 2021 and “Law and Practice of Construction Law in Malaysia- Chapter 3- Statutory Control of the Construction Industry” – Sweet & Maxwell, November 2021. She is also an experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry and her primary area of practice is building and construction law.
