Personal bio
Leonel is a Commercial Lawyer based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. His practice spans the full spectrum of commercial and business law including counseling and incorporation of start-ups and SMEs, restructuring, M&As OHADA, partnership facilitation, and counseling foreign direct investors on compliance and establishment in Francophone Africa, Leonel is also committed to finding innovative solutions to dispute resolution and ADR methods generally. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK, the Nigerian Bar Association, the African Bar Association, and the International Bar Association. Leonel is currently working on policy-related issues concerning the implementation of the AFCFTA within the Central African Sub-region.
