A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Chartered Construction Manager by profession. He has extensive international executive experience in various sectors. He understands people, projects and his client’s need to get the job done. He has excellent political acuity and can deal tactfully with stakeholders at all levels, In addition to earning his PhD in Organization and Management and a Specialist MSc. Total Quality Management & Business Excellence from the School of Business & Finance, Sheffield Hallam University, U.K; he has an MBA and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, U.K. Steve is a recognized leader in the construction industry. He is a practising Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager. He has earned professional designations, including Fellow, Royal Institution Atlantic Project Consultants Limited (APCL), which was incorporated in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in 2002. Over its eighteen (18) years in operation, the firm expanded throughout the Caribbean, building solid partnerships with industry pioneers and fellow consultants.
