I founded ThePOGG.com in 2011. ThePOGG provided dispute resolution services to the online gambling sector, allowing consumers to raise complaints where they feel that they had been subjected to unfair practices. At the time that ThePOGG was established, there was little real regulation in the sector and we provided a vital service to consumers to help uphold their rights. During my time running ThePOGG, we were the only affiliate-based complaint service (deriving revenue from advertising rather than charging either party for our services) to receive approval from any regulatory body to manage complaints as an ADR service on their behalf. We have functioned in this capacity for both the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). ThePOGG has managed over 7k consumer disputes and recovered over £6.1 million for consumers. In April 2023 ThePOGG was sold to Blexr Ltd and I now act as the Head of ADR Services for Blexr. My responsibilities have included designing and overseeing the development of CasinoReviews.com's ADR offering, ensuring it complied with regulatory standards and that the migration of the services that ThePOGG offered happened in a smooth and orderly fashion.
