"Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change." - Wayne Dyer As an experienced and dedicated professional in the dispute resolution/financial industry, I worked with various stakeholders to offer my expertise in assisting them to try and reach a common ground to resolve their disputes amicably. I specialize in adopting an evaluative approach, which enable parties to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their disputes in accordance with the facts and merits of their cases, as well as in accordance with the relevant contractual clauses and case laws. There are always numerous perspectives to consider and multiple sides to a story. I am grateful to be able to learn from industry experts, senior lawyers and retired judges in my current role, and to be able to continuously challenge my perception in resolving the various disputes in the financial industry.
