I have acted for numerous Landlords and Tenants in respect of rent review disputes which have been resolved through Arbitration or a determination by an independent expert. I have been a Chartered Surveyor for over 25 years mainly dealing with Landlord and Tenant work and I am on the RICS President's Panel of Arbitrators.
