Pedro Ribeiro de Oliveira, FCIArb Independent arbitrator, mediator and DRB panelist since 2015. More than 30 years of experience working for the engineering and construction industry as well as the automotive and mining equipment industry. BL from Federal University of Minas Gerais Law School and a PGDip in International Arbitration and International Construction Contracts by SIA - Queen Mary University of London. Member of the Society of Construction Law (UK), the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (US); the Brazilian Committee of the ICC; the Brazilian Arbitration Committee – CBAr; of CAMARB’s board and of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration Brazilian Bar Association, Minas Gerais Section.
