Personal bio
As a practising mediator, I hold accreditations from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and the Spanish Ministry of Justice. I am proud to be included in the panel of mediators of the Madrid Business Mediation Centre (CMEM) and the FIDE Mediation Centre.
My experience as a mediator and lawyer is extensive, particularly in the field of mediation related to commercial, construction, insurance, and civil liability disputes in Spanish and English. I have also served as legal counsel in a variety of disputes, bringing my expertise to bear before state courts, dispute boards, experts, and national and international arbitration courts, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
