Personal bio
I am a practicing mediator accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and the Spanish Ministry of Justice. I am included in the panel of mediators of the Madrid Business Mediation Centre (CMEM) and the FIDE Mediation Centre. I have experience as a mediator and lawyer in mediation related to commercial, construction, insurance, and civil liability disputes in Spanish and English, both in person and via Zoom. I also have experience as legal counsel in disputes before state courts, dispute boards, experts, and national and international arbitration courts, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
