Anna Grishchenkova has over twenty years of international dispute resolution experience. Anna has been involved in over 400 disputes both domestically and internationally as arbitrator, expert, and counsel. She has sat in arbitrations administered by the LCIA, ICAC (MKAS), IAC (Belarus), Arbitration centre at Russian chamber of entrepreneurs and the Russian Arbitration Centre. Anna is a specialist in the following sectors: ➢ Commercial Dispute Resolution ➢ Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure ➢ Energy & Natural Resources ➢ Corporate Disputes Anna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and sits on the panel of arbitrators of HKIAC, AIAC, VIAC, and KCAB. She is also the Vice-Chairman of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Russia and the HK45 Regional Ambassador. Anna has been recognised in international arbitration by leading directories including, Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, Legal 500 EMEA, and Best Lawyers who have described her as a professional with a “sound knowledge of law.” Anna regularly speaks at industry events on the topic of international arbitration, and she is the author and co-author of several publications including “Psychology and persuasion skills in dispute resolution”, “Arbitration in Asia” and "Commentary on Russian arbitration laws.”
