Prior to becoming a full-time arbitrator Anna Grishchenkova for 20 years was in charge of dispute resolution teams and successfully resolved complex disputes.

Anna Grishchenkova has been involved in multiple arbitrations under rules of major arbitral institutions both domestically and internationally as arbitrator and expert, and previously as counsel. She was appointed in arbitrations administered by the LCIA, HKIAC, VIAC, ICAC (MKAS), IAC (Belarus), Arbitration centre at Russian chamber of entrepreneurs and the Russian Arbitration Centre. Anna has training both in civil and common law, has LL.M in American business law and passed state auditor exam.

Anna Grishchenkova is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and sits on the panel of arbitrators of SIAC, DIAC, HKIAC, AIAC, VIAC, and KCAB. She was also the Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Russia from 2019 to 2024 and is the HK45 Regional Ambassador.

Anna has been recognised in international arbitration by leading directories including, Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, Legal 500 EMEA, and Best Lawyers who have described her as a professional with a “sound knowledge of law.”

Anna Grishchenkova regularly speaks at industry events on the topic of international arbitration, and she is the author and co-author of several publications including “Psychology and persuasion skills in dispute resolution”, “Arbitration in Asia” and "Commentary on Russian arbitration laws.”
