Seán McManamon is a Mechancial Engineer with a LLM in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution. He has been involved since 1991 in the construction, operation and maintenace of gas and steam turbine power plants worldwide. He has been cross examined in international arbitrations and has experience in hot-tubbing and production of joint expert reports. He has acted both as a member of a dispute board and president of a dispute board. He is a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish. He is based in Madrid, Spain.
