A certified International Fellow Arbitrator (FCIArb)® and certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with more than 27 years of experience in UAE and the MENA region, in addition of being a registered (Expert) in the UAE ministry of Justice and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. With a proven successful track records when it comes to dispute resolution, contract administration, quality management, cost management, business development, project management, planning and scheduling and execution of large turnkey and fast-track multi disciplined projects involving local and international developers, consultants, and contractors, and in a wide range of project disciplines to cover infra structure, buildings, industrial, transportation and many others. Via the consultancy firm I founded in 2006, I offered and still offering a range of consultations between contractual, technical, engineering, management and business innovative solutions that demonstrates the resourcefulness and commercial business attitude and sense required to succeed. I have continuously expanded my knowledge in the Engineering sector and Alternative Dispute Resolution to acquire and maintain the necessary experience and certification in the field. An International Arbitrator, Mediator, and Expert with more than (100) cases in different disciplines(Construction, Infrastructure, Financial and Commercial, Information Technology, Oil and Gas, Real Estate and International Trading) with hands-on experience of the arbitration process at most of the accredited centers such as International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), GCC commercial Arbitration Centre – Bahrain, Dubai international Arbitration Center (DIAC), Abu Dhabi Conciliation and Arbitration Center (ADCCAC), Dubai International Financial Center by London Court of International Arbitration (DIFC-LCIA) and the International Arbitration Center in Cairo (CIAC), in addition to being one of the founders of Nazaha International Arbitration Center in Jordan, braced with strong background in engineering, commercial and construction at a high standards particularly in professional project management , claim preparation (quantum, merit, EoT … etc.) in addition to a long experience in Primavera Project Planner, with approximately 27 years of professional experience in the construction industry and extensive exposure in the Middle East and north Africa specializing in contractual and commercial advisory services involving project planning and scheduling, quality management representation, expert witness, and specialized technical expertise in construction disputes, Claims Preparation and Alternative Dispute resolution including International Arbitration, Mediation and Adjudication.
