I am an Engineering professional with 12 years of experience of mega projects, worked in the capacity of Project Consultants. I expertise in Contract Administration and Contract Management with almost 8 years of relevant experience. I am capable of independently controlling the functions related to Contract Administration and Contract Management of a Project including pre-bid and post-bid assignments. My academic qualification and richness and diversity of my experience broadcasts me as a valuable prospect for the Project. My experience pertaining to pre-bid operations of Contract Administration constitutes: - Drafting Conditions of Contract - Evaluating Scope of Work - Developing BOQ - Ensuring coherence of Tender Documents The complexity of the Projects on my credit has enabled me with a high degree of knowledge of contractual issues and laying these out in a structured and coherent manner. I hold the experience of executing the post-bid tasks of Contract Management including: - Contract Interpretation - Preparation of Engineer’s determinations/ decisions - Preparation of Engineer’s statements and presentations for Dispute Board Procedures - Variation Analysis and preparation of Appropriation requests and Variation Orders - Assessment of stance/position of the Parties as per the Contract, FIDIC conditions - Forming contractual position for resolution of matters between the Parties - Drafting Correspondence with the Client and the Contractor. - Preparation of contractual responses and rebuttals - Evaluation of Contractor’s claims in terms of entitlement - Analysis of EOT and Cost Claims - Correspondence Control - Measurement and Payment Analysis - Preparation of replies to Audit Paras - Evaluation of Contractor’s cost proposals - Evaluation of Project Insurances Further, I have carried out necessary co-ordination between Civil and Electro-Mechanical works.
