Interested with passion in arbitration, adjudication and mediation, I am also a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) and Hong Kong Mediation Council Limited.
I have served at the following roles on ADR for various institutions, including Council Member & Chairman of Construction & Adjudication Committee of HKIArb, Arbitrators Advisory Appointment Board of HKIAC (2021-2023), Hon. Secretary and Alternate Director of Joint Mediation Helpline Office Ltd (JMHO) (2020-2022) as well as Chairman of Contract and Dispute Resolution Committee (CDRC) of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (2019-2021).
On research and academic developments since 2020, I had joined as Guest Professor of Peking University - Yuenpei Business School and Academy of Experts (2020-2023), Adjunct Professor of Academy of International Dispute Resolution and Professional Negotiation. I had also completed the Post-Doctoral Research Program of 3 Universities, including California State University, Stanford University and University of California, U.C. Berkeley. I have also been appointed as Visiting Scholar of the three Universities in 2021. He had been awarded Doctor of Business Administration by Brittney University in France, VERN University of Applied Science in Croatia and UCAM University of Spain.
He also serves the volunteer services for University of South East in Politics and Law as Hon. Professor in International Law (2025-2027) in the People's Republic of China.
