Pankaj lead Contracts & Procurement, Compliance, Risk Management and Dispute Resolution activities for projects of value over US$ 21 Billion in Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Mining Sectors across Australia, Middle East and India. Presently with Qatari Diar (Subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority) and taking care of contract and procurement activities for infrastructure projects in Asia & Africa region (www.qataridiar.com). In the past with Hancock Coal Pty Ltd., Australia, as Project Director- Commercial and CH2MHILL, USA as Director-Contracts & Procurement. Earlier assignments with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, UAE & its JV with Shell; Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Kuwait and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, India. An active member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, speaker at professional forums and 'Certified Corporate Director’, Fellow from Institute of Directors, India, Fellow-Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and PMP.
