I am an independent construction Arbitrator and Claims Consultant. I am also an adjudicator, a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and Dispute Board Federation. I have participated in numerous professional development programmes organized by some international arbitration and dispute adjudication institutions, including CIArb, ICC, LCIA, ITA(USA), DRBF and Caltrans DOT. I have had 33 appointments as arbitrator and 5 adjudicator appointments.
