Commercial Litigator and Arbitration Specialist including in Commercial Fraud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of British Institute of International and Comparative Law, Commercial Bar Association. Admitted to Practice in New York and the US District Courts for the Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York Recorder with Civil, Criminal, Chancery and Family Authorisations Formerly Standing Junior Counsel to the Department of Trade and Industry (ECGD) Oxford University First Class Honours Degree in Jurisprudence.
