Personal bio
Kelly McIntyre was called to the Queensland Private Bar in 2010. She has a broad civil, commercial and administrative law practice. In 2016, Kelly was appointed to the Queensland Land Court ADR Panel and receives court referred mediations and arbitrations, as the case may require. She is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator and has held this qualification since 2011. Kelly has a particular interest in maritime law and the law of the sea. She holds a Masters of International Trade Law from the University of Queensland which focused on maritime and shipping law.
