Personal bio
Stephen was called to the bar in 1995 and took silk in 2015. He became a Recorder in 2015 and a Deputy High Court Judge in 2021. His work as a barrister is financial relief ancillary to divorce but as a judge he hears all family division work including public and private Children Act applications.
