A Certified Circular Economy Expert and an International Academy of Project Management fellow who is a Master International Project Manager and Certified International Project Manager, CEDR accredited Mediator with Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from former KIST which in now the part of the University of Rwanda.
