Lee Kai Jun (Kai) is an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (Malaysia) where his principal area of legal practice is Construction, Engineering & Energy.
Kai focuses on court litigation, arbitration and Malaysian statutory adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).
Kai is also an Accredited Evaluative Mediator at Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a qualified mediator of International Mediation Institute (IMI).
Kai read law in the University of Leeds and holds a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration (MIArb).
