As the Head of HR Services within my firm, I lead the delivery of HR Case Management, Mediation, and Employment Investigation services, supporting client organisations in navigating complex employment issues.

I am a CIPD Level 7 qualified and accredited Employee Relations Manager, Mediator, and Investigator with over 15 years of experience partnering with senior leadership teams across various sectors, including the third sector, public sector (NHS), retail, food manufacturing, hospitality, and engineering.

I hold an MSc in HR Management from the University of Portsmouth and a CIPD-accredited Postgraduate Diploma with distinction in HR from Bournemouth University’s Executive Business School. Additionally, I also hold a Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice and a Certificate in Workplace Mediation. My extensive background enables me to provide expert employee relations and employment advice, with a proven track record of resolving intricate and challenging employment situations.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in diverse, fast-paced, and matrix organisations spanning retail, public sector, hospitality, food manufacturing, third sector, engineering, IT, healthcare, and aviation sectors. This breadth of experience allows me to offer comprehensive employee relations support to small, medium, and large-sized client organisations.

My deep understanding of UK employment law and regulations, combined with proven project management expertise, equips me to implement effective change initiatives. I am committed to delivering practical, legally sound employment advice that balances the legal framework, employee experience, and commercial objectives.

I work closely with clients to build positive workplace relationships and foster a proactive approach to employee relations, ensuring organisational success and compliance.
