Personal bio
With more than 15 years in Energy, Oil and Gas industry, I have directly and indirectly participated in Arbitration as counsel advocate or expert witness in Arbitration proceedings on behalf of claimant or defendant. In addition, I have been focusing on Compliance (Sanctions, Bribery & Corruption and Anti-trust) for the last 9 years especially in cases where sanctioned parties are trying to file a claim. Lastly, I am a Fellow member of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIarb).
