Shevene Logan has over twenty-five years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, cost management and project management services in the construction and property industry. During this period she has worked with Consultancy practices, private developers as well as public sector agencies in Jamaica and Trinidad. Her experience has been concentrated in commercial and residential property development and infrastructure works with related experience in several sectors, including private, commercial, civic, education and government. During this period, she has gained experience in a wide variety of procurement strategies and has working knowledge of several construction contracts including the Jamaican CIC contracts, the AIA suite of contracts, the FIDIC Civil Engineering Contracts. As a professional member of the Jamaican Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Mrs. Logan has been trained to the highest standard required in the discipline and places high value on budgetary management through all phases of the construction process.
