Fernando Orrantia Dworak leads the commercial arbitration practice of Greenberg Traurig in Mexico, in addition to his experience advising clients in the sectors of port and transportation infrastructure, petrochemicals, fuels (midstream and downstream), and real estate, in connection with domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate and project financing, and regulatory matters.
