Ahmad Rifa’i (Fai) is an Indonesian qualified lawyer, with a 5+ years experience in legal and compliance matters. Fai currently works at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk, one of Indonesia’s largest blue-chip coal producers, as part of its compliance team, where he is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day compliance matters of the company, in particular capital market affairs. Prior joining the compliance team, Fai has also experienced joining the legal team of the company, where he obtained breadth experience on various complex legal issues related to corporate and commercial matters. Fai holds a bachelor of laws degree (with honors) from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia with islamic finance in 2016. During his college time, Fai led various community development committees, chaired in the students’ executive body, and also active on various research-based competitions and training.
