Personal bio
Nataliya is an Associate at PCB Byrne LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Nataliya worked at a leading international dispute resolution firm in London where she gained extensive experience handling a wide range of high-value, complex, domestic and international commercial disputes, through both litigation and arbitration. Her practice focused primarily on clients from the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, including ultra-high net-worth individuals, governments, companies, and banks.
Nataliya has experience with arbitrations under various leading institutional rules including those of the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL rules.
Among the notable cases she has assisted with are the defence of Ukraine against the Russian Federation in an investment treaty arbitration case, the representation of one of the largest state-owned Ukrainian banks in multiple LCIA arbitration proceedings, and the representation of a high net-worth Ukrainian investor in a £1 billion multi-party High Court fraud claim.
In addition to being a qualified solicitor, Nataliya also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
Nataliya is fluent in three languages: English, Ukrainian and Russian.
