With over 18 years of experience working for construction industries in the Construction Commercial and contracts aspect, including more than 10 years at the managerial level, I have gained a deep understanding of construction contracts, claims, variations, budget, cost control, contract administration, and quantity surveying in construction projects including excellent working knowledge in both pre & post contract experience in mixed-use development projects such as high-rise buildings (residential and commercial projects), five stars hotels, infrastructure development project, water supply project, and football stadium projects ranging from small to multi-billion dollar project in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka. Area in Expert; - Contracts Management, Negotiation, and Settlement of Disputes. - Sound knowledge of FIDIC-based Contracts. - Administration of Contracts and Contract Agreements. - Quantity Surveying, and Claims & Change Management. - Commercial & Cost Control Management.
