Work History:
As an arbitrator Henry has participated in over 85 arbitrations, often as chair. These arbitrations have involved amounts in dispute ranging from over $500,000,000 to $100,000, including class action arbitration. and issues involving a range of industries such as aviation, telecommunications, healthcare, software, electrical outlets, data security, medical devices, finance, insurance, and securities..
He is a member of the LCIA and the American Law Institute and served as an adviser to the Restatement of the Law of Liability Insurance. He is a fellow of the CIARB and a member of the arbitrator panels of the AAA, the ICDR, HKIAC, and the AHLA.
He is a shareholder of, Wyche, P.A., Before joining Wyche, he served as a Law Clerk to, Chief Justice Warren Burger, United States Supreme and Chief Judge Clement Haynsworth, U. S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
