Over “18” years of experience in Contracts, Claims , Variation and Disputes administration for mega construction projects (hotels, heavy civil construction, real state , logistics , commercial buildings and infrastructure) where , I have analytical skills and specialized in disputes resolution through amicable settlement, mediation , conciliation , litigation and arbitration. The combination of my management skills, civil engineering background , legal knowledge and experience in using of the international contract forms (such as : FIDIC , NEC ...... , etc.) , has provided me with the tools necessary to collaborate with co-workers and stakeholders and to develop effective business relationships. In addition to the above , I am self-motivated, accurate, responsible with a passion for continuous learning and strategic thinking.
