Personal bio
I was in June 2023 invited to joint JAMS as a neutral. I sat as an arbitrator in commercial, post m&a, and joint venture disputes under ICC, ICDR, DIS, and KCAB Rules; the seats were in England, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland, and the USA. In the last 35 years, I represented clients in commercial and m&a transactions in more than 60 countries and more than 90 jurisdictions. I also represented companies in arbitration proceedings which had their seats in China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Switzerland, and in New York, USA.
