Claudine Helou is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Beirut Bar Association and is currently the managing partner at HSLF. Specialized in international dispute resolution, and particularly in international commercial arbitration, she regularly serves as a counsel, arbitrator and legal expert in ad hoc and institutional, domestic and international arbitrations encompassing a broad spectrum of subject-matters and conducted under a variety laws and arbitration rules. Claudine counsels high-profile local and international clients from various sectors and industries ranging from individuals, corporations and investors to States and State-owned entities, across different jurisdictions and from a wide range of industries. She also handles large scale complex litigations mostly with international ramifications including inter alia cases connected with the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments. Claudine handles cases in English, French and Arabic languages. She is listed on the panels of arbitrators of prominent international arbitration centres and is an active member of numerous ADR institutions.
