Personal bio
Arif Ghaffur is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (FRICS) and Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS(F)). He has prepared expert reports in his areas of and regularly advises clients on contractual matters and claims. Arif sits on the Canadian Boards of the CIArb and RICS. He is also the on the Board of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is the Editor of the Construction Economist.
