Qatar based Forensic Planning Director, Lucia Vernon is an experienced, qualified Forensic Planning Consultant leading teams conducting forensic delay analyses and claim preparation according to international standards based on the Society of Construction Law Protocol and AACEI Recommended Protocols.
She is regularly involved in the preparation of expert reports for delay and is seeking to push her career to act as a mediator and delay expert. She has also authored a technical paper (CDR.2849) Time Impact Analysis in Windows - Concurrency Analysis published by the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACEI) where she held the position of Regional Director Middle East AACE International from July 2024.
