Legal practitioner, practicing arbitrator and arbitration counsel, accredited tutor, assessor and examiner on the approved faculty list of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators on introductory and membership courses as well as courses leading to Fellowship of the Institute.

Practicing arbitrator nominated and appointed as sole and party-appointed arbitrator in commercial and maritime arbitrations and has been active in the last 12 months.

Elected and appointed President of the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria (MAAN) from December 2021 to date. MAAN is presently at an advanced stage in its collaboration with another international arbitral Centre to establish the first maritime arbitration and ADR Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. When up and running the maritime arbitration and ADR Centre is expected to take advantage of the boost in the marine and blue economy in Nigeria, the Gulf of Guinea as well as the west African sub-region as a whole.

Active member of other notable international dispute resolution centres such as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) since January 2013 and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
