Mr Ben Giaretta Chartered Arbitrator

Ben is Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ciarb (he took up office as a Ciarb Trustee representing Great Britain on 1 January 2023). He represents clients in disputes and also sits as arbitrator. He works across a wide range of sectors, including technology, energy, natural resources, construction, infrastructure, commodities and professional services. He is based in London, and he has previously lived in Singapore, Greece, South Africa and Malawi. He is a former Chair of Ciarb London Branch and a former Honorary Treasurer of Ciarb Singapore Branch.
