Dr I.P Aniede Esq LLB; BL, LLM, PhD, MCIArb, MLCIA Legal practitioner, arbitrator, mediator, negotiator, law lecturer and researcher. Called to Nigerian Bar in 2008, served as Legal Assistant/Researcher to the Director of Civil Litigation Ministry of Justice Bayelsa 2008 to 2009, joined the firm of IKE, IKE & Associates Barristers and Solicitors in 2009. Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London from 2013, joined Enugu State University of Science & Technology in 2014, member of the London Court of International Arbitration from 2020 & joined Teesside University in 2022. He has interests in Energy & Mineral Resources Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration, Mediation & Negotiation), Renewable Energy & Climate Change Law, International Law, International Trade Law, Information & Communication Technologies Law.
