I have over 25 years of diverse construction experience that has been gained by working for programme/ project managers & international contractors on large multi-disciplinary projects in Rail/ Road Transportation, Mixed use developments, Water, Wastewater, and Industrial sectors. This experience has been gained from active involvement from ‘grass root’ level up and includes: site engineering; works supervision & co-ordination; sub-contractor management; quality control & assurance; materials; design; schedule / programme and planning; tendering; contract administration and claims work. My Middle East experience that spans over 15 years includes regions prestigious infrastructural programmes/ projects namely: ASHGHAL Expressway Programme (US$ 35 bn), Qatar Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone ($US 4 bn), UAE Dubai LRT (Metro Rail) for Dubai Municipality ($US 4bn), UAE District Cooling Plants on Palm Jumeriah ($US 325 M), UAE Infrastructure works on International City, Dubai, UAE Petrochemical and Steel Plants at Jeddah & Jubail, KSA Other Major Infrastructure projects that I have worked include: Delhi Metro Rail Corridor (US$ 150 M), India Marsyangdi Hydro Electric Project (€ 100 M), Nepal Sewerage Outfalls using TBM/ NATM (INR 150 Cr), India 290 MW Hydro-electric Dam at Almatti (INR 60 Cr), India
