I am a Senior Advocate and Arbitrator based in New Delhi, India, having more than 43 years of experience in legal practice dealing with various international and national matters including arbitrations. Considering my experience in the field of law and arbitration: a). Appointed as a Professor (Honorary) by the School of Law and Legal Studies, Sanskriti University, Mathura, U.P. b). Inducted as a Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK; Singapore Institute of Arbitrators; Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and AIADR, Malaysia. c). Appointed as Webinar Officer of the International Bar Association (IBA), London. d).
