Personal bio
I am a Partner within the practice of Mason Owen and am responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and associated professional work within the Asset Management Department, having joined the practice in April 2005. Throughout a period spanning some 16 years within the practice, I have been involved in the valuation of many retail units used for food or non-food purposes, situated in both town and out of town locations, throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prior to joining Mason Owen, I was Director responsible for the landlord and tenant work within the Professional Services team of Chesterton, based in Manchester. Over a period spanning some 31 years, I have acted for many institutional landlords and retailers.
