I have served as a my bank's sole representative in Commercial dispute resolutions that was sent to ADR /Multi-door Court Houses after several years of court proceedings that was not finalising. Happily enough, amicable resolutions were arrived at in those instances. I am a specialist in Commercial ADR given my financial background as a Fellow Chartered Accountant and over 30 years strong experience in Banking and financial services
