Vicent Senyondo is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator (MCIArb) and an RICS Accredited Mediator. He is also an Associate of RICS (AssocRICS) and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) with experience and expertise in application of advanced real estate concepts including development modeling, appraisal, real estate equity waterfall modeling, feasibility studies, market analysis/ HBU studies among other real estate concepts.
