I am a lawyer and Senior Associate with SGV & Co., a professional services firm within the EY Group. In my current role, I provide tax services in the International Tax & Transactions Group, and I have had professional experience in cross-border transactions, in particular in M&A. I also have academic experience in arbitration, and have competed in moot court competitions in both investment arbitration and commercial arbitration.
