r. Ang Kok Keng has a Class 1 degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Diploma in International Arbitration with more than 20 years’ of experience in the Malaysia Construction Industry. His expertise includes Project Management, Contractual Management, Arbitration, Adjudication, Mediation, Expert Determination, Delay Analysis and Expert Services. Ir. Ang Kok Keng sits on the panel of Arbitrator & Adjudicator in Asian International Arbitration Centre, Mediator in Malaysian Mediation Centre and Expert Determiner in The Academy of Experts. He regularly acts as counsel in adjudication under CIPA Act 2012 and arbitration under PAM & AIAC Arbitration. He is a Fellow of CIARB & MIARB and member of IEM, MSADJ, SCL Malaysia and TAE (Practising Associate).
