Personal bio
Throughout a career spanning thirty years, I have managed the process of strategic planning and physical delivery, from inception through to completion, of large-scale construction projects ranging from as low as £5 million up to over £250 million. This included residential, commercial, defence, energy and nuclear project in a multitude of geographical locations, including the UK, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
As part of my remit from Project Manager through to Project and Operations Director delivering successful cost and time critical project, I have amassed vast knowledge and expertise in large scale construction project delivery, including the design development, commercial and contract management, contracts development, contract claims management, dispute resolution, claims prevention, contract administration with the preparation, evaluation and management of achieving successful outcomes on numerous claims.
I have successfully managed the process of and participated in multiple mediations and adjudication. I hold multiple degrees in Construction Law and Arbitration, and Construction Management as well as professional accreditations.
