Around three decades experience in international commercial dispute resolution. From 1992 trained and practiced as solicitor in London at HFW. From 1996 based in Singapore at HFW and then from 2006 at Clyde & Co running south-east asia arbitration team. Some in-house experience within trading; insurance and maritime sectors. Full-time arbitrator and mediator since 2012. Arbitration appointments generally subject to English or Singapore law. Main areas of experience include maritime; international sale of goods; offshore and onshore construction including shipyards; insurance and reinsurance; commercial law
