Personal bio
A member arbitrator in the Chartered Institute of International Arbitrators, I have over 16 years of experience advising Australian and international public and private sector clients on the procurement and delivery of large-scale complex infrastructure and property development projects across a range of sectors. This includes transaction management, procurement, claims management, commercial and legal advice associated with infrastructure procurements, project and contract management, stakeholder management and general problem solving.
Having held senior legal and transaction leadership roles at both law firms and top tier contractors like Lendlease and RDWSA over my 16 years industry experience, I bring extensive strategic, complex infrastructure and property development project delivery experience. My involvement is on a ‘whole of project’ basis, from the feasibility study process, the tender process, development, throughout construction and into commissioning and operational readiness.
I was recognised by the industry as a Finalist Construction and Real Estate Lawyer of the Year in 2021.
I am fluent in both English and Arabic.
