I am a Project Management Professional with 19 years of experience in the construction industry, having held key roles such as Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, and Contract Manager on large-scale projects, including airports, IT development parks, residential and commercial buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, and laboratories.

My expertise includes managing construction dispute resolution proceedings through arbitration under ICC Rules, ad-hoc arbitrations, and adjudications. I have provided over six years of support to various quantum experts, delay experts, and legal counsels.

With my technical expertise, relevant experience, and strong analytical skills, I have assisted clients in developing their cases, particularly in preparing quantum and delay reports related to disputed issues.

Notably, I successfully managed project claims totaling 134 million USD, advising stakeholders on contractual matters and demonstrating strong financial acumen in an International Airport Project.

I am a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Certified Project Management Professional.
